The meat is found stacked on a vertical spit in the shape of an inverted come while it cooks against a vertical rotisserie. You can choose what kind of meat you would like to use. Veal, beef, lamb or chicken, is sliced and then placed in a flatbread or pita with veggies and Tzatziki sauce. You can now duplicate these delicious flavors and make this wonderful treat in your own home.
